Superplasticizer 5th generation (giperplasticizer) on the basis
of ether polycarboxylates for concretes 

Description

     The additive possesses a complex of properties:

The basic properties – water reduction, a plasticization, preservation of initial mobility of a concrete mix;

Additional properties - increase of frost resistance and water tightness of concrete;

Mobility increase б/с П1-П5, ОК> 25сm, РК> 63сm
Water flow reduction From 25 % and more
Reduction of the expense of cement To 25 %

Sphere of application

All sorts of concrete, including road concrete, in particular:

  •  By manufacture of commodity concrete to which demands on a     
  •  Conservability of mobility of a concrete mix inclusive are made till 4 o'clock;
  •  At concreting of coatings of highways, runways etc.;
  •  At concreting thick reinforced designs;
  •  At concreting of massive designs, for the purpose of decrease in the
  •  Internal pressure caused by heat dissipating reaction of hydration cement;
  •  By manufacture of products of a transport infrastructure;
  •  By manufacture of products to which increased requirements on frost
  •  Resistance or water tightness are shown;

Advantages

  • Use in concrete of a class from В25 and above is expedient;
  • For the account of high water reducing ability allows considerably (to 25 %) to reduce  the expense of cement with an exit to branded durability **;
  • Reduces or completely excludes water partitioning off and an exfoliation on high-mobility mixes;
  • At use plastizer effect - reduces time of vibrating of products, facilitates concrete consolidation. In a complex with additional actions allows to raise quality of a surface essentially;
  • Raises water tightness, water absorption and frost resistance of concrete. At additive application additional introduction air-entraining components is not required, for the account of that the production cycle becomes simpler.
  • Short-term congealing at storage is supposed, - at thawing does not change properties;
  • The additive not flammable. It is not fetid, - possesses an easy technical smell;
  •  At long storage in capacities does not drop out in a deposit.

   ** - Value depends on a quality class, properties of cement and some other factors.

The dosage and administration of supplements

   From 0.6 to 1.2% by weight of the liquid cement additive substance. The introduction of a higher dosage of supplements insignificantly increases the mobility of the mixture (see Figure 1), but in this case, additional rope to prevent possible water separation.

   When dosing additives in terms of the weight of the cement additives desirable to adhere to the following order: First, calculate the weight of additives, based on bookmarks cement. Then you can calculate: Volume supplements, (l) = weight additives (kg) / Density supplements (exact density additives indicated in the passport, by lot or on the label).

   The best effect is achieved with the introduction of additives to the third part of the mixing water. That is, mixed concrete is mixed in full ingridientnom format with two thirds of mixing water. The third portion of water is mixed with metered amounts of additive injected into the mixer. Thereafter, stirring should continue for at least 60 seconds.

Compatibility with other products

Manufacturer investigated compatibility only with the products' SKT-standard. " Compatible with products of other manufacturers - has not been tested.

"HIDETAL-GP-9" beta "G" compatible:

 with "HIDETAL-P-7" - concrete hardening accelerator according to the dosage of the latter;

Warranty and storage conditions

Shelf life - 1 year from date of manufacture. After expiration, the additive can be used as intended, after laboratory testing.

For storage conditions of special requirements. It is desirable to avoid prolonged direct insolation and freezing containers additive. After freezing, the additive can be used after a slow thawing at room temperature, followed by stirring.

                               Analysis of the increase frost resistance and impermeability

Trials were spent in accordance with GOST 10060.2. Concrete of class В40П4 (in accordance with GOST 26633). The additive of 0,9 % from cement mass. A test method - 3rd. Variable congealing in salts at t =-50°C and thawing in salts at +18°C, at losses of durability and the masses, not exceeding 5 % on any of indicators.
