Sphere of application

  • Production of all types of precast / concrete structures and products of heavy concrete class B15 and from above, in-plant production cycle;
  • Manufacture of prestressed concrete;

The dosage and administration of supplements

Warranty and storage conditions

Shelf life - 5 years from date of manufacture. After expiration, the additive can be used as intended, after laboratory testing.

                                Evaluation of protective properties of concrete with respect to the steel reinforcement


The protective properties of concrete with a complex additive "HIDETAL-P-7" with respect to the steel reinforcement was evaluated by the method described in STB 1168-99 "Concrete. Control method for corrosion of steel reinforcement in concrete and protective properties of the concrete "(Belarus).

For the manufacture of prototypes used concrete mixture P1 with cement consumption of 350 kg / m ³. Cement – without additive. Additive "HIDETAL-P-7" - 0.6% by weight of cement.
