The dosage and administration of supplements

In the production of heavy concrete: 0.5 to 0.8% by weight of dry cement additive substance.

In the production of foam from 0.1 to 0.15% by weight of dry cement additive substance.

Limiting the concentration of additive in the slurry - 10%. Insoluble in water balance - no more than 3%.

Introduced into the concrete mix only with the mixing water. Stirring of the solution produced by any method adopted by the company.

At ambient temperatures below +7 ° C, it is necessary to closely monitor the degree of dissolution of additives, in order to avoid a "blockage" of devices feeding and dosing. Raising the temperature of water to dissolve the 40 - 60 ° C leads to a stable, accelerated dissolution of the additive.

Warranty and storage conditions

      Shelf life - 5 years from date of manufacture. After expiration, the additive can be used as intended, after laboratory testing.

    For storage conditions of special requirements. Should be excluded from the soaking bags additive. The product is shipped in box cars and vehicles.
