Sphere of application

All types of concrete, including prestressed concrete and reinforced concrete products specifically responsible, in particular:

The dosage and administration of supplements

From 0.2 to 0.7% by weight of dry cement additive substance. Limiting the concentration of additive in the slurry - 35%. The insoluble residue - is absent.

Safety and transportation

The product is a 3-hazard class according to GOST 12.1.007 (moderately hazardous).

Do not discharge into drains, soil or bodies of water! Disposal of supplements must be made according to local regulations.

Compatibility with other products

Manufacturer investigated compatibility only with the products' SKT-standard. " Compatible with products of other manufacturers - has not been tested.

"HIDETAL-C-3" compatible:

with "HIDETAL-P-7" - hardening accelerator;

with "winter-P-3" - antifreeze, to reduce the W / C for winter concreting;

Warranty and storage conditions

Shelf life - 1 year from date of manufacture. After expiration, the additive can be used as intended, after laboratory testing.

For storage conditions of special requirements. Should be excluded from the soaking bags additive. The product is shipped in box cars and vehicles.

The effectiveness of the additive as an accelerator for the curing process was carried out in TVO National Technical University and was determined on samples made from mixtures water reductions (3-4cm). The compositions herein are "UNIVERSAL-P-4". Were tested two modes: full, lasting 15 hours and stage, lasting 10 hours with intermediate heating at a temperature of 50 ° C.

                Evaluation of protective properties of concrete with respect to the steel reinforcement
